work on the building of our new Funeral Home.
We Opened Our Funeral Home at the end of March
2005.
From the very beginning We were concerned with the
needs of the families We were going to serve. This is
why Our design for the Funeral Home was so
important, We wanted to have a chapel Large enough
to meet any families needs. We not only wanted the
space, but for it to have the feel of a church setting,
not just another room. This is why we built the largest
chapel in Wyoming County and with our adjacent
auxiliary chapel area, we have plenty of room even for
the largest of services. Our design includes a lounge
with a play area for the children, two fully ADA
compatible restrooms and plenty of other space for
people to mingle or just to collect their thoughts. In
September 2005 we paved our main parking lot, this
was a top priority for us in better serving our families.
In October 2005 We were blessed to purchase the
property behind the Funeral Home, this allowed us to
triple our available parking, while it is graveled for now
we hope to have it paved in the future as God allows
our business to grow. In December 2005 We started
providing families with Memorial DVDs of their Loved
Ones, these DVDs can be played during the Visitation
and/or Funeral, we use a projection system to play
them on an eighty inch screen and our system can be
taken to the church and played, if that is where the
family chooses to have their services. Our initial
Memorial DVD is provided to each family at no
additional charge above our normal service fees.
