Jerry Myron Morgan, 79, of Clear Fork, WV, passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2026 at Logan Regional Medical Center, Logan, WV. He was born March 14, 1947, in Logan, WV a son of the late Roscoe Ray and Donna Jean Toler Morgan. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by loving wife Kathy Lyons Morgan, his grandson Kyle Jerry Dale Morgan and a granddaughter Kathryn Gulley. Jerry was a member of the Wyoming County Veterans Honor Guard as a Chaplain, and also a member of the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) and the Veterans of Foreign War (VFW). Those left to cherish his memory include his daughters April Morgan (Paul Bradford) of Indian Creek, and Sabrina Morgan of Huntington., his sons Teddy (Carolyn) Morgan of Sunhill and Dale Morgan of Sunhill, grandchildren Cody, Travis, Micheale, Brandon, Natasha, Britanie, Matthew, Devin, and Kevin, great-grandchildren Samuel, Logan, Aaron, Michael, Daisy, Addison, Issac, Brooklyn, Lillian, Jasmine, and Cameron, a sister in law Patricia Green of Saulsville, two brother in laws Eddie Green of Bluefield, VA, Delfred Lyons of Pineville and a host of other loving family and friends. Funeral service will be held at 2pm on Friday, May 8th at Sunhill Country Church, Sunhill, WV with Pastor Jay Blankenship officiating. Friends may gather with the family after 6 on Thursday, May 7th at the church. He will be laid to rest in GC Toler Cemetery, Sunhill, WV. The Wyoming County Honor Guard will conduct military rites. Pallbearers will be family and friends. The family would like to extend a special “Thank You” to Logan Regional Medical Center ICU Nursing Staff.
