Margaret Ellen Cline, 64, of Kopperston, WV passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at Wyoming Healthcare Center, New Richmond, WV. She was born December 11, 1961 in Man, WV, a daughter of the late Bill and Minnie Magdalene Ward Collins. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Steve Cline, her sisters Patricia Ann Runyon and Mitzi Paynter, and her brothers Bill Collins and Jimmy Collins. Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter Angela Perry- Marcum (Riley), son Cody Cline (Lora Parsons), grandchildren, Daniel Jace Stafford and Carly Jade Atwell, step daughter Becky Hensley Dillion (Jeff), step son Stevie Cline (Jayla), Tammy Kennedy (Shawn) who was like a daughter to her, sisters Felicia Paynter Wright and Kathy Berry, brothers Lonnie and Garland Collins, aunt Liddy McCoy, her special friend Randall Morgan, and a host of loving nieces, nephews, and other family and friends. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, November 5th in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV. Friends May gather will the family from 5-8:00 pm on Wednesday, November 4th at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest in Cook Cemetery, Lynco, WV. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
