Rennea Sue Lusk Day, 74, of Pineville, WV went home to be with the Lord on Friday, July 31, 2026 at the Hilltop Center, Oak Hill, WV. She was born on February 13, 1952 in Pineville, WV a daughter of the late Clyde Haven and Faye Elle Lambert Lusk. Rennea was a lifelong resident of Wyoming County, and was a 1969 graduate of Baileysville High School. She worked at two different car dealerships, and was owner of Erica’s Collectibles Gift Shop. Her home church was Marianna Freewill Baptist. She loved her family and brothers and sisters in Christ. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother Steven Lusk. Those left to cherish her memories include her loving husband of 57 years, Austin Day; a daughter Celena Edwards of Mount Airy, NC; two sons Greg Day of Pineville, and Michael Day of Parkersburg; a granddaughter Erica Parker of Mount Airy, NC; a grandson Austin Edwards of Mount Airy, NC; her favorite pet cat Dillon; and a host of other loving family and friends. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, August 4th in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV with Pastor Junior Vest officiating. Friends may gather with the family from 5:00 pm until time of service on Tuesday at the funeral home. A celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, August 15th at the Marianna Freewill Baptist Church, Marianna, WV with Pastor Junior Vest officiating. Friends may gather with the family from 12 pm until time of service on Saturday at the funeral church. The family is being served by the Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV.
