Rhonda Elaine Bailey, 62, of Nashport, OH went to be with the Lord on Monday, October 19, 2026, at the Ohio Health Hospice House in Columbus, Ohio following a short illness. Born on December 8, 1963, in Man, West Virginia, she was the beloved daughter of the late Andrew Osborne and Dolly (Workman) Osborne. Rhonda devoted her life to loving and caring for others. She was a dedicated homemaker and an independent private caregiver whose warmth and compassion touched many lives. In her spare time, she also took great pride in helping others by providing house and business cleaning services. Above all, she was a loving wife, the absolute best mother her daughters could ever ask for, and the most amazing grandmother and great-grandmother. Rhonda cherished quality time with her family, especially during the holidays. Whenever asked what she wanted as a gift, her response was always simple: "the gift of time as family." She lived her life with a selfless heart. Although she did not have much, she would gladly give anything she could and offer help in any way possible. Her generosity, kindness, and love leave an enduring legacy. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two sisters, Bonnie Gibson and Tammy Osborne, and three brothers: Jackie Bailey, Lonnie Bailey, and Terry Osborne. Those left to cherish her memory include her devoted husband of 46 years, Ralph Bailey; her three daughters: Wonda (Bailey) Tabler, Stephanie Bailey, and Priscilla (Bailey) Gibson; her five grandchildren: Austin Tabler, Drake Tabler, Rileigh Gibson, Haylee (Meadows) Lilly, and Laila Meadows; her two great-grandchildren: Brantley Tabler and Preslynn Lilly; her two brothers: Dennis Osborne and Andrew Osborne Jr.; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and close friends. A celebration of Rhonda’s life will be held on Tuesday, October 27th, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV. In honor of Rhonda's explicit wishes, cremation will take place following the service. The family is being served by the Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV.
