Robert Rodney “Robbie” Stafford, Jr., 66, of Oceana, WV passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at Logan Regional Medical Center, Logan, WV. He was born on February 10, 1960 in Welch, WV son of the Sylvia Atwell Stafford of Port Orange, FL and the late Robert “Rail Road” Stafford, Sr. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by a brother Randy Stafford, and a sister Regina Sue Stafford. In addition to his mother, his companion of over 20 years Shelly McKinney, his sons Joseph “JR” Stafford of Brenton, Stephen Stafford and Joshua Stafford both of Putnam County, a sister Rebecca “Beckey” Mueller and husband Ted of Port Orange, FL, two brothers Rick Stafford of North Carolina and Rusty Stafford of Baileysvile, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loving family and friends. In keeping with his wishes, he will be cremated. The family is being served by the Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV.
