Wanda Marie Hall Skeens, 58, of Beckley, WV passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at Bowers Hospice House, Beckley, WV. She was born on January 30, 1968 in Mullens, WV a daughter of the late Robert and Barbara Webb Hall. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Gary Skeens, her two brothers Chuck Hall and Robert Todd Hall. Those left to cherish her memories include her daughter Dominique Dixon of Kenna, a son Roger Lee Cozort, Jr. and wife Alley of Beckley, two sisters Sandra Fortner, and Pat Shumate both of Ravencliff, four brothers Harold Hall, Randy Hall and wife Patty, Mark Hall all of Glen Rogers, and Thomas Hall of Cross Lanes, a special nephew Scotty Hall of Mullens, and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends. Funeral service will be held at 2 pm on Wednesday, June 24th in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV with Rev. Johnny Toler officiating. She will be laid to rest in Pine Grove Cemetery, Ravencliff, WV. Friends may gather with the family from 12 pm until time of service on Wednesday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be family and friends. The family is being served by the Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV.
